KNITTING PROCESS
Supertex has 360 knitting machines with many different types: 1 & 2 cylinders; Plain & terry; Cover socks, 5 fingers socks
Our production capacity is about
1,000,000 – 1,400,000 pairs/month
Workers must be trained based on Specifications of Quality management process of Knitting section.
A worker is in charge 7-10 machines per shift.
Supertex always takes care tightly about product quality from first process.
Our QC will check products of all knitting machines at least 2 times in a working shift.
Our technical team have at least 2-year working experiences. They not only can repair many kind of machines but also design products.
LINKING PROCESS
Workers must be trained based on Specifications of Quality management process of linking section.
Workers work 8 hours/day with an output of about 35,000~ 38,000 pairs/day.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Inspection workers work 8 hours/day but if need they can work 2 shifts 12 hours per day.
The average output is about 35,000~ 38,000 pairs/day.
Inspection workers have at least 1- year working experience.
They are trained tightly & carefully to detect & classify socks correctly & quickly.
SETTING PROCESS
We have 2 steam setting machines with many kinds of setting boards (different sizes & shapes)
Average output is about 35,000~ 40,000 pairs/day
SILICON PROCESS
We use silicon for cover socks or baby socks to prevent slippery for all users.
Frames of silicon can be flexibly changed according to customer’s requirements.
Average output is about 3,000-10,000 pairs/day.
HEAT PRESS PROCESS
Logo stickers will be printed on socks by heat press machine.
Average output is about 1,500~ 3,000 pairs/day.
PAIRING& PINNING PROCESS
Socks will be paired & pinned by customer’s request. Output is about 35,000~ 38,000 pairs/day
PACKAGE PROCESS
Package process is strictly controlled on quality before the socks are put into metal detector machines and ship out to customers. Output is about 25,000~ 40,000 pairs/day
METAL CHECK PROCESS
All products must be checked by 2 needle detector machines & checked barcode to control
quantities exactly
